Pods are a holding vessel for the seeds within, a space of nurturing and protection for potential life. In this workshop, we will pay close attention to the form, appearance and materiality of seeds, transforming this witnessing into individual drawings.

Pods are a holding vessel for the seeds within, a space of nurturing and protection for potential life. In this workshop, we will pay close attention to the form, appearance and materiality of seeds, transforming this witnessing into individual drawings. The day will include a talk from the Seed Conservation Centre with seed scientists from ABG, and collective seed drawing sessions. Listen to seed stories about meaningful seeds, or share your own with the group. This workshop is part of Stephanie Doddridge’s exhibition at Museum of Economic Botany, Tools for Quiet Activism, in collaboration with Adelaide Contemporary Experimental.
