FELTcinema is an event dedicated to celebrating truly independent and experimental artists and filmmakers by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen, something many artists rarely get the chance to do.

Adelaide Contemporary Experimental (ACE), Adelaide’s home of experimental practice, is partnering with the brilliant cineastes at FELTSPACE to present FELTcinema II: ACE Collab  – an evening of independent film, experimental moving image and live performance across The Mercury and ACE.

The program begins at The Mercury, with three curated screenings of moving-image work by independent and experimental artists. Presented together on the big screen, the works offer distinct approaches to image, sound and cinematic form. Following the screenings, the event continues at ACE with drinks, music and two additional moving-image works presented exclusively in the gallery for one night, alongside an unmissable live performance by talented Ngarrindjeri songsmith Bedlam Rigney.
